See the calendar of events below and come on by. Tickets are sold at the door, and if you’re a member you get in for free. Children under 2 also get in for free. Each of our events has new crafts and activities for families to enjoy, as well as music, special demonstrations, food, and more.
Springtime at the Adobe

The Leonis Adobe Museum in Old Town Calabasas is hosting its family-friendly Springtime at the Adobe event on Saturday, April 5th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Kids can make spring-themed crafts, see our lambs, and plant their own flower seed to take home. Other activities include tortilla making and a scavenger hunt with filled eggs as a prize. Enjoy live music and fun demonstrations of rancho life from the 1880s!

Come on out to the Leonis Adobe Museum to feed sheep and goats, make crafts with our museum guides, enjoy live music with Craig Newton, hear stories in our 1880s adobe house, and partake in various other rancho-themed activities such as learning to throw a lasso like a real Vaquero!
Our Lil’ Ranchers Summer Program runs from July 8th to August 5th. Every week has a new theme with different crafts and activities for the whole family to enjoy.

The Leonis Adobe Museum in Old Town Calabasas hosts its annual family-friendly Halloween Party on Saturday, October 25th from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. The fun includes hands-on crafts, live music, and demonstrations of rancho life in the 1880s. Costumes are admired; not required.

Want to Volunteer?
We love volunteers! If you’re interested in working one of our events please fill out the form below. A usual volunteer shift will start 30 minutes before the event and end 30 minutes after. You will be assigned with a staff member at a station to help set up, assist with a craft or activity, and to help clean up. Let us know if you need hours signed off and we’ll be happy to help out.
